I HAVE the honour to inform your Excellency that I continue to hear most
serious accusations from Alashgird against Ahmed Bey, who, although dismissed from
the position of Kaimakam, continues to act as such until the arrival of his successor

I hear, from more than one source, that strenuous endeavours are being mad
