Mirza Mehedy Ally Khaun [Mirza Mahdi 'Ali Khan Bahadur], Native Resident at Bushire, states that he has taken the opportunity of forwarding the Bussora [Basra] and Bagdad [Baghdad] packets from the Ternate to Samuel Manesty via the American ship, the Two Sons . Mirza Mehedy Ally Khaun gives details of the whereabouts of the Persian King [Fat'h Ali Shah Qajar] and encloses a duplicate (not included) of a communication that has been sent to Manesty overland.
