Mirza Mehedy Ally Khaun [Mirza Mahdi 'Ali Khan Bahadur], Native Resident at Bushire, requests that the Commanding Officer abide by what Lieutenant Edward Lowes may require of him. In addition, the Commanding Officer is told that he should not allow any shore boats to come alongside his vessel, nor let any person from his vessel come on shore.
