1935, I have been instructed by His Majesty’s Government to inform you that the
arrangements set forth in that letter, and your acceptance of them conveyed in your
letter dated the 6th June 1935 (5th Rabi’ al Awwal 1354), have been communicated
by His Majesty’s Government to the Anglo-Persian Oil Company and that the
Company have formally confirmed their acceptance of these arrangements.
