The letter is stating that he cannot prevent ships from Ras al-Khaima [Ra's al-Khaymah] from frequenting his ports owing to a treaty between himself and Abdella ben Saood [Abdullah bin Su'ud], but he will inform him that his ships may be seized by the English.
