In this letter William Digges Latouche acknowledges the receipt of Edward Galley's letter of 28 January 1783, which was received on 8 February 1783. Latouche informs Galley that he is dispatching a boat to Bushire for the purpose of providing convoy to any of the Bacha's gallivats, should they arrive at Bushire from Bombay.
Reports difficulties in communicating due to the arrival and departure of the Bacha's Gallivat and the Bombay Grab Shallow vessel with a projecting bow. .
