It is anticipated by Solf that Entente will ensure removal from Caucasus
of German representatives, but will not interfere with German Colonists.
Kress must himself decide whetner he leaves Caucasus along with German
delegation and Consuls or not, as it is impossible to foresee when German
armistice will take place. Ends.

equipped with spare shoes and repairing material for 3 months.
