Copy of a general letter from Bombay Castle addressed to Henry Albert, John Geekie, Thomas Rammell, and Francis Dickinson at Mocha, dated 3 November 1721. The letter praises their good work in purchasing large quantities of coffee but stresses the continual need for accurate weights. It also confirms Henry Albert’s role as Chief and John Geekie’s appointment as Second. It was received via the ship Caesar on 1 March 1722 [New Style date 1 March 1723].
