A copy of a general letter from Bombay to Robert Cowan, Chief, and the factors at Mocha, dated 21 March 1725/6 [Old Style date 1725, New Style date 1726].

The letter includes news of ships dispatched, and it states that the authors had decided to stop writing to the Imaum [Imam], and to write only to the Governor of Mocha, as they had not had their grievances redressed by the Imaum.

It was received via the ship Princess Amelia , 24 June 1727.
