Copy of a general letter from William Phipps, John Courtney, Robert Cowan, Robert Newlin, George Percivall, and John Sarson at Bombay Castle to the Chief and factors at the Mocha Factory An East India Company trading post. , dated 30 November 1722. It was received via the ship Craggs on 27 May 1724. The letter reports on matters including: ships arriving at Mocha and departing Mocha; goods sent from Europe and India; goods for sale in Europe; the East India Company’s trade generally, and dealings with local Government; buildings of the Factory An East India Company trading post. ; and factors, writers, officers and soldiers of the Factory An East India Company trading post. , and accounts of the Factory An East India Company trading post. .
