Copy of a general letter from Henry Albert, John Geekie, Thomas Rammell, and John Style of the Mocha Factory An East India Company trading post. to William Phipps, Governor of Bombay, dated 11 August 1722. The letter was received via the ship Barrington on the 12 March 1723 [New Style date 12 March 1724].
The letter reports on matters including: the arrival of ships at Mocha and departure of ships from Mocha; goods sent from Europe; the purchase of goods in Mocha for sale in Europe; relations with the Government of Mocha and Beetlefuckee [Bayt al Faqīh]; the buildings of the Factory An East India Company trading post. ; and factors, writers, officers and soldiers of the Mocha Factory An East India Company trading post. , and accounts of the Factory An East India Company trading post. .
