This volume contains correspondence, memoranda, reports, telegrams and minutes. It mainly covers conversations between British officials regarding military affairs in Persia [Iran].

Related matters of discussion include the following: appointment and nomination of administrative officers, mainly covering salary, travelling expenses, pay rate, channels to be paid, official visits and transports, and adjustments.
