The map (f 174) shows a geological representation of the area of Shahraban [Ishan Shahraban]. There is a handwritten key showing geological sections in different colours on folio 173, in the same handwriting as that on IOR/L/PS/10/815, f 170, which is dated 15 April 1919 and signed by E J Pascoe. The sheet includes the following printed statement: ‘Map Compilation Section G.H.Q.’ The map was created to complement the geological report on Mesopotamia.
