Section on astrological judgments on the basis of the arrival of the two lunar nodes (العقدتين), 'the head' (الرأس) or ascending node and 'the tail' (الذنب) or descending node, in each of the twelve signs of the zodiac.

This text is not given a number in the present collection, and is followed by some brief notes on astrological weather prediction (ff. 112v-113r).

Begins (f. 110v, lines 2-4):

... حلول الرأس في برج الحمل

يدل على كثر ارتفاع الأشراف والرؤساء فوق ما كانوا

عليه وموت في الملوك وحدوث ملك وتغير أشياء

Ends (112v, lines 2-5):

... حلول الرأس في الحوت

يدل على كثرة الأمطار ونفعها والذنب

يدل على كثرة الثلوج والبرد وخراب الدور

وفساد الغلات والله أعلم وأحكم بالصواب
