Summary of events.
The Commander-in-Chief in India discussed the situation in Mesopotamia with regard to the dis
bandment or on keeping of Indian Porter and Labour Corps,
The Chief of General Staff, Delhi, gave certain instructions with regard to the relief of old
soldiers in Mesopotamia and his reasons therefor.
Suggestions for a suitable boundary between the tactical commands of the General Officer Commanding,
Baghdad, and General Marshall were made by the General Officer Commanding, Constantinople.
