Your X.-5335, February lOth (By. No. 10704). Vessels mentioned in
programme given in my 10015 (Q. M. G.-13), dated 7tb February, wire only
those which would leave Basrah, in time to connect with Liners sailing
from India during February. Northbrook ; Cbench, ChaJcdara, and
Aronda, were not included in my February programme for despatch of
British to United Kingdom, as tbeugh sailing from Basrah in February they
will not arrive India till March. They will be counted against March
programme. Hardinge is bringing down British for transhipment to liner
at Karachi; her replacement is therefore not understood. Programme of all
vessels leaving Basrah in February was intimated to B. N. T. O., Basrah, by
B. R. I. M. in bis 635-S., 24tli Januarv, whereas my 10015 (Q. M. G.-T3) was
based on liner sailings from India in February. Future programmes will give
you all sailings from Basrah during the months, irrespective of liner sailing
from India which connect therewith.
