Orenburg Front .—A Taskbend wireless message states that Dutov’s troop
8615 brcke down 3 large bridges in Orenburg
district. Q.he^e are bow being repaired
and enemy claim that traffic will soon be restored. Meanwhile enemy forces
have marched round these breaks and joined Taskbend forces.
Tashhend .—The awh’-Bolshevik conspiracy appears to have been rooted

2. Malleson's proposal to arm Turcomans and Bokharans requires careful
consideration with reference to the future policy H. M. Government mean to
adopt m that region. Por should we arm the Turcomans and subsequent^
withdraw our forces, we shall increase Eussian difficulties. If we arm the
Bokharans and they suffer a reverse as a result of their consequent attack thev
will require further assistance from us, will consider themselves badly treated
