Army Corps, and L. of C. Troops, bearing in mind the procedure outlined in
W. O. telegram 7470 of January 30th (Diary No. 8480), you should begin to
work to above establishment at once. As soon as possible, please wire an order
of battle.

Priority/.—It is reported from Karachi that there is pneumonia among
horses of 21st Cavalry and Patiala Lancers disembarked at that port. Introduc
tion of protective inoculation at Basrah is r( 3 commended by Veterinary
authorities and that vessels carrying animals be provided with Veterinary
Officer or supervisor. Action taken should be reported here.
