iMb»l), l a million tons of crude oil and products now at Baku. Pipe line
commences pumping kerosine to-morrow. Pipe line can handle 60,000 tons
kerosine monthly and railway 30,000 tons other oil products monthly. Ends

3. On November 25th X propose to halt to finish up any business, and on
