(1) Reported that first train with Turkish troops from Petrovsk reached
Baladjari on 19th November .
(2) Line to Elizabetopol still breached but should be repaired by 22nd

(3) As result of a disturbance in town accompanied by shooting, Thomson
*Grou P roads carrifd. ^ as issued a proclamation announcing
death penalty for disobedience of orders
regarding (carrying* ?) and use of fire arms.
(4) All merchant shipping has been freed for trade ; this has been done
under arrangements of Senior Naval Officer with owners and seamen.
