Toll owing from Cairo. Negins : Following by Agents dated early Novem
ber. Wireless station at Jerablus and Muslimieb.
German Asiatic Corps destined for Baghdad has been sent to Syria.
Baft at Birijik 18 metres long by 12 metres wide and 1 metre draught also
parts arrived for steam launch 32 metres long. At Jerablus two steam launches

metre. End of October Baghdad railhead 10 kilometres east of Telhelif.
Owing to shortage of material rate of future progress probably only two

were transferred to Nish in Taurus on 1st November.

Your X-5371, (Dy. No. 81999). Is 142nd Regiment, now on Kifri
line, Rowlandson wires December 3rd that it has been reported by a deserter
who left Kaza Shirwan that there was one battalion there and two at Kifri but
he did . not state that these battalions belonged to first Regiment.
It is not clear from your wire quoted above whether the second division
has moved to Kifri or not.
