to meet any urgent demands ; this corps will release No. 10 .

(Repeated Egypt, India and Mmlros.)
On December 26th Caucasus Military Agent wired that in the event of
interchange of Kussian and Turkish prisoneis of war the number of Turks
affected will be about 40,000. This number includes all Turks captured,
soldiers and civilians and {sic) men between the ages of 16 and 50.
It is calculated by Bussian Staff that 1,000 of above would be fit for field
service, while majority of remainder would be fit for Labour Battalions and for
L. of C. duties.
