Your 86511, December 20th. I would prefer not to have new nationality
if you can meet my immediate requirements without these Malays who I
suggest be kept as a new source of supply to meet possible difficulty with
reinforcements later on. Refer also to Secretary, War Office, telegram
No. T8692-Cipher of 25th December (Dy, No. 87893). Should you be unable
to meet my present wants I will accept the company suggested.

An Ottoman title used after the names of certain provincial governors, high-ranking officials and military commanders.
to Vadbolski asking him to ensure safe passage, from line of
demarcation to Tehran, of the Turkish and German legations returning thither.
25 German and 25 Turkish soldiers would accompany the legations to protect
them against Kurdish tribes.
