The ration strength of Force “ D ” on 1st December was received from the Deputy Adjutant General,
3rd Echelon, Basrah.

The Detailed Statement of ration strength of Force “ D ” on 17th November was received from the Deputy
Adjutant General, 3rd Echelon, Basrah.

The General Officer Commanding, Force “ D,” stated re the demand by the Director of Railways, dated
21st December, that the 20 miles of 50 pound metre gauge track should come forward in February,
and it was probable that in early March a further 35 miles of same track would be required.
