Continuation my 85200 of 15th December. Care in handling drums under
supply essential if they are to be of use to I. W.T. for distributing petrol and
mis. Presume you will issue necessary instructions regarding utilization of
empty drums as received and of others as contents consumed, further stock of
empty drums could probably be obtained from D. O. S., Basrah, who receives
