(unidentified] has replaced Jemal in command of 4th Army, Jemal remain's
Minister of Marine. Refusal to agree to the German plan of a systematic
attack on Baghdad and to his urging the necessity for adequate defence in
Palestine is reason for his recall.
It is reported from Berne, September 5th, from 2 separate sources that
Enver left Constantinople for Palestine recently.
