Work on removal of distinctive markings from vessels selected should please
be commenced. Please telegraph here when marks from each vessel are
removed. Having in view that fittings of vessels are to remain precisely as- they
are now,* please intimate, also, actual carrying capacity in reinforcements of each
vessel.
