To prevent any temporary failure of the pipe line interfering with your
main operations, steps have been taken by you, we presume, to ensure the storage,
at Abadan, of as much oil as possible by the oil company and that in order to
tide over any temporary failure of supply you have urged that sufficient
i storage accommodation be provided.

except that what has been arranged. To replace personnel time-expired 3 sub
assistant surgeons, 18 non-commissioned officers and men and _ 6 sweepers will
be required 31st December. No other reinforcements required. Of the 18
non-commissioned officers and men at least 10 should be either passed com
pounders or trained dressers.
