Content

An anonymous medical compendium assembled from various Arabic and Persian works listed in the preface (f. 264v).

The work is divided into 38 bāb s, each subdivided into faṣl s as enumerated in the contents pages (ff. 264v-266v). The date of the transcription was originally included in a colophon Section at the end of a manuscript text. , but is now obscured by a large worm-hole.

Begins (f. 264v, line 2):

چنين گويد جامع اين مختصر را چون پير شدم و قوت حافظه كم شد...

Ends (f. 311r, lines 8-10):

...و اکر کسی را باید تا تمام شبهت درین دو علم

از منش خاطر وی برخیزد بکتاب نبض و تفسره قانون بازکردد و بقراط و جالینوس درین دو علم کتابها جدا

کرده اند و شرح و بسط تمام داده اند تابد ين اختصار
