consultation with the Company. The said watchmen are subject
to dismissal or fine by the Company, in the event of any
heavier punishment being required the offender shall be
handed over to the Zabit and the Zabit undertakes that
punishment shall be inflicted and to use his utmost endeavours
to uphold the authority of the Company^ representative on
