1. After somewhat lengthy preliminaries lasting from 11 to 1 and after the
party had partaken of lunch, the draft Qashqai agreement prepared by
Sir A. T. Wilson was read out as also the Qashquli agreement.

they have no right to make such an agreement.
(2) The lands in respect of which they have undertaken to sell their
