A letter in Farsi to the Bacha [‘Alī Pāshā al-Kahyah, Governor of Baghdad] concerning Mahomed Nejeeb Beg [Muḥammad Najīb Beg], Mussaleem During the eighteenth century this was the third most powerful official in Ottoman Iraq (after the Pasha and the Kiya).
