In 1926 the expansion of the Out Patient Attendances necessitated
additional expenditure both on material and personnel with a resulting de-

Conditions have now I think become stabilised and moreover the Institu-
tion benefited by the handing over to it of a large quantity of useful and

It should therefore be possible in the future to keep the annual expen

This volume contains copies of the annual 'Administration Reports of the Persian Gulf The historical term used to describe the body of water between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran. ' prepared by the Political Residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. in Bushire and printed at the Government of India Press in New Delhi for the years 1926-1938.

These annual reports are divided up into a number of separate reports for different geographical areas, usually as follows:

These separate reports are themselves broken down into a number of sub-sections including the following:

The reports are all introduced by a short review of the year written by the Political Resident A senior ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul General) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Residency. .
