A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency.
has made numerous tours
t>y car in the State and visited the more important points on the Kuwait-Saudi
the Kuwait-Iraq frontiers and the Kuwait Neutral Zone.
The object of these tours has been to maintain touch with the tribes and
desert affairs generally.
