Pending arrival of I.G.C 0 at Baghdad reply
has boon delayed. Following are my proposals .
1„ D.G.T. will resemble a director on a large
scale and work under D.Q.M.G. as ordered by Far Office
and he will control transportation services including
railways I.F.T. end Basra port. Fith regard to his
relations with Inspector General of Communications he
will have his Deputy at Basra who will have the same
relation to I.G.C. as any ether transportation director
