information appears adequate it is not proposed to recommence

demobilisation. Regarding paragraph 3. *s regards Kerkouk
ij0SU 1 (Mesopotamia) as reported in my X.5063 Jan./^th no detailed
survey has been done but only reconnaissance which will finish
during February. In addition to works mentioned above it
should be noted that complete Basrah Baghdad hhanikin line
involves construction of workshops, offices, staff quarters and
stations, substitution of permanent for temporary brieves and
other works complete which will remain for 2 years at least.
