his master Mirza bin Bariat who was intending to '
them, as soon as I came to toow that I sent^five
men to Mirza asking him to return these men to Muscat
but received no reply from him. Then I wrote him a

three persons referred to above and saying that by
the order of their Master I should keep these men
with me and send them to Muscat as soon as there was
a boat available, then I asked the servants as tlT

Baluchis were m the habit of kidnapping people from
^ " gh*# side and taking them to Suwaiq to be bought by
Shaikh Hilal bin Hamad. For this reason we took these
men. then I wised to return to Muscat, the Governor
of Djask did not allow me to take these men unless
I gave him a surity on the ground that I would obtain
a certificate for him from the Muscat Government to
the effect that these men have arrived.
