Kalba to enquire and if the presence of the pirates in Fujaira
and Shinas (Muscat territory) is established, the Political
Agent might visit the spot and require the Muscat State and
the Shaikh of Fujaira to produce and punish heavily the
offenders. Their boats should be confiscated and sold in
Muscat or elsewhere and the proceeds usee to compensate the
victims for the losses reported by the Shaikh oi has al
Khaimah (see his letter forwarded as enclosure to my Printed
Letter No.C/624 dated 19th June 1941.).
