The gist of the attached application is that the
applicant McixxMiihx Mohammed Nur bin Abdul Ghafoor has
been living on a piece of land at Basaitin which he purchased
about 17 years ago from one Juma bin Isa bin Ashoor. For this
piece of land he holds a document of ownership issued by
Shaikh Isa al Khalifa to the seller, but the applicant did
not care to register it in his name giving the excuse that
he had no money to pay for fees for registration. He built
that piece of land into a house and shooted trees in it.y
The Land Department filed a suit against himyin the Bahrain
Court, considering him as a Bahrain subject. The Bahrain
Court decided his case and he did not raise objection to his
nationality that he is a Persian subject. He appealed against
the judgment of the Bahrain Court to the Bahrain High Court.
The appeal^also decided against him, and he also did not
raise objection to the case being dealt with by the Bahrain
authorities. According to practice in Bahrain any case
dealt with and decided by a Court and the parties not raised
objection about their nationalities, they will not be given
the option to change his nationality and take advantage of
it. In this case I suggest that the application to be sent
to the Adviser for,disposal please,
