3. There are three other classes which in general
are susceptible of either warlike or unwarlike use :
(a) Sporting Rifles.
(b) Revolvers and Pistols.
(c) Munitions for the foregoing weapons.
"Tien Sporting Rifles or rifle ammunition are of a
caxipre not greater than . l3 inchea and revolvers or
revoler ammunition are of a calibre not greater than
*33 inches, specific licences wilj. be freely granted for
their export to destinations not included in the Zones
specified in Chapter 3 of the Arms Convention.
When Sporting Rifles or Revolvers are of more than
the above mentioned calibre, applications for licences to
export up to about 13 Sporting Rifles or 50 Revolvers or
Pistols to extra-zone destinations mentioned in the board's

hesitation, provided that such consignments do not appear
likely to be made with undue frequency to any one area.
