to enclose herewith a copy of the letter addressed
to His Highness the Sultan of Hejd in pursuance thereof
together with a copy of his reply.
2. The last paragraph of His Highness's reply
is a veiled request for recognition (please see my
'P tf % ^ telegram Ho. 19 of February 11th), and I would suggest
that thicv should no longer be withheld.
