growing opposition of Moslem India to the Bin Saud rule in
Hedjat we are sceptical of stability of Wahabi regime , even
under Bin 8aud e whose successors may he of very different

friendship as proposed in draft treaty with Hussein and also
against any semblance of dynastic guaranteea aa contemplated
in the 1915 Agreementc In our view. Treaty should be
personal to Bln Saud and for a limited number of years,
