religious observance for Indian
Moslems, and to the opinion which
they record that, failing such an
undertaking^the conclusion of a
treaty of friendship with Ibn Saud
so soon after a pilgrimage the
attendant circumstances of which
have dirred ^uch indignation among
Indian Moslems, might have an
uuiuiirunaue effect on that conmnity.
