Whareaa with a view to fixing the
frontier between Nejd and Trane Jordan and
settling certain questions connected
therewith, an Agreement known os the Hadda
Agreement was concluded between His iiritannic
Majesty*a Government and the Government of Nejd
and was signed at Bahra Camp on the 2nd of
November 1925, (oorres x>nding to the 15th
Rabi* Thani 1344); and
Whereas it is considered advisablf by

His Britannic Majesty’s Government and by the
Governments of Trans Jordan and the Hejaz to
come to an agreement regarding the frontier
between the Hejaz and Trans Jordan.
We, the undersigned, His Majesty Abdul
Aziz ibn Abdur Rahman al Faisal Al Baud,
King of the Hedjaz and Sultan of Nejd and its
Dependencies and 3.R. Jordan, Acting British
Agent and Consul in Jeddah, the duly accredited
Plenipotentiary of His Britannic Majesty have
agreed upon the following articlei-
The Frontier between the Hejaz and Trans
Jordan starts from the intersection of meridian
58° and parallel 29°35* which marks the termina
tion of the frontier between ^ejd and Trans
Jordan and proceeds in a straight line to a ^oint
on the Hejaz Railway two miles south ol Mudawwara#
it proceeds in a straight line^o 3- ^_
