His Majesty the King of the Hejaz and Sultan of
NejH and its Dependencies undertakes, as his fathers did
before him, to refrain from all aggression on, or inter
ference with the territories of Kuwait, Strain, and of
the Sheikhs of Katar and th-3 Oman Coaot, who are under
the protection of the Oor^rnment of His Britannic Majesty
and who hove treaty relations with the said uorernment•
Article 7,
His Majesty the King of the Kejaz and Sultan of
kejd and its Dependenoi* s undertakes to co-operate with
His Britannic Fajesty in the euppr saion of the slave
trade and to recognise the right of manumission of His
Britannic Majesty's Consular officers at Jeddah and
elsewhere.
