casualties estimated at 100. Village burnt.
Prompt action taken by air and armoured cars.
32 bombs dropped and 3200 rounds of
ammunition fired by 4 D.H.9.A f s and 8 Bristol Fighters.
6,000 S.A.A. fired by armoured cars.
Enemy repulsed, last seen 40 miles East South
