The Ministry of foreign Affairs have received
a report from the Ministry of .Var that some time ago
the following persons were attacked by pirates v/hilst
on the road to Minabs the wife of ^alandar, the wife
and daughter of ^ambar Khushnud, Hussein Murad Mu at a n-
fi and the son of Mir ^anbar Biyabani, of the tribe
Tahir-zai•
2. The pirates are stated to have stolen all their
goods and carried them off in a boat to the other
side of the Persian Gulf The historical term used to describe the body of water between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran. , and it is now reported
that they are in Batineh in the Oman Peninsula where
they are being sold as slaves.
3. I should be grateful if you would investigate
the matter and do anything possible to secure the
return of these persons if the story is true.
