The letter is forwarding two Persian papers (not present) at the request of Shiek Adbul Russool [Shaikh ‘Abd al-Rasūl Khān], who desires to have the accounts relating to the repairs of the Soliman Shaw settled by Aga Mahomed [Āghā Muḥammad].

The dates of the surrounding correspondence suggest that the date of this letter lies between 19-28 August 1807.
