Mirza Mehedy Ally Khaun [Mirza Mahdi 'Ali Khan Bahadur], Native Resident at Bushire, directs Lieutenant Edward Lowes, Commander of the Ternate , to keep his vessel in the outer roads, in a state of readiness for sea. He instructs Lowes to on no account allow any part of his ship's company to have any communication with the natives of Bushire, and gives further instructions on how Lowes is to attract attention, should he require a boat from the shore.
