Mirza Mehedy Ally Khaun [Mirza Mahdi 'Ali Khan Bahadur], Native Resident at Bushire, directs Lieutenant Edward Lowes, Commander of the Ternate , to bring his vessel into the inner roads. He informs Lowes that the melancholy circumstance respecting the Persian Embassador [Ambassador] has been made known to his friends at Bushire. He states that Lowes may now allow country boats to come alongside his own boat and that Lowes's own boat and people may come on shore whenever he thinks it proper.
